DAYTONA DOWN-LOW
Downtown Daytona Nights

Food Truck Night
Every first Friday of the month we have Downtown Daytona Nights! This consists of a market, art-walk, and (as seen above) food trucks from 5-9pm. It’s a great way to start off the summer as it is equally kid and adult friendly.
The best part about the event is all three sectors are close together so once you park your car you are good for the entire night. Downtown Beach St has been growing for the better the past few years, and events like this help bring more people to see the changes. While you’re down there check out the improvements along the river at the newly finished Riverfront Esplanade, where you will also see the Riverfront Market.
Wine Walk!

This is the 15th annual Wine & Chocolate Walk on Beach Street on Saturday 1-5pm. This will be another busy week, as the night before you have Downtown Daytona nights followed by this great event.
After you get your tickets you will be stopping in to different local businesses to try assorted wines/chocolates. Last year when I attended I discovered some more cool shops and restaurants I otherwise wouldn’t have found out about.

LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
Meal Deal

Taco Shack NSB
If you haven’t been to the Taco Shack yet, it’s a local staple. The only thing to keep in mind is the hours. Closed Sunday/Monday and every day during the week they are 12-4 and 5-8pm, so the 4-5pm window they are closed just an FYI.
And because we want to bring our locals some great deals on food (especially from local restaurants)
As for their Nightly Specials 5pm-8pm
Tuesdays: Buy 1 Beachin’ Burrito, get one half price.
Wednesdays: Kids eat FREE w/ a paying adult.
Thursdays: $1.25 Tacos (beef or chicken).
Fridays: $2 domestics, $3 imports.
Do you like when we feature a local meal deal?
REAL ESTATE CORNER
Top Sold Home

54 Ocean Way Drive, Ponce Inlet
This weeks top sold home was located in Ponce Inlet, which is one of our most sought after areas in the greater Daytona Area. The home was listed on 12/24/25 for $1.29M and went under contract a week later, and sold at asking price.
As we know, luxury homes usually take longer to sell, unless you price them right. And this pool home just a short walk to the beach was priced perfectly.

PET OF THE WEEK

This is one of the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner and it’s not easy. Send in your photos (by replying to this email) for a chance to have your pet featured next week!
This week we have Thor the bulldog. He was ready for his walk as you can tell, his favorite thing to do on walks is chase the dragon-flys. So this cold weather hasn’t been his friend.
