Trader Joe’s Confirmed!
Trader Joe’s will be located at 1511 Cornerstone Blvd
Daytona Beach
Earlier this year we talked about Trader Joe’s opening a store in Daytona, but we didn’t have anything official from TJ themself. Well that has all just changed check out this link showing the Daytona location confirmed on their website and supposed opening date of late 2025 or early 2026. It’s been the talk of the town for quite some time but getting confirmation from the company can but our doubts to rest.
Some major additions have come to the Tomoka Town Center including Pop Stroke this past year. Another one in the rumor mill is a Sprouts Market although they haven’t issued a statement yet. Looks like this is just the beginning of the Daytona boom, I wonder what else is next.

“ This weeks top seller was in the market for over a year before finally getting sold. Originally it was listed at $1.15M in April of 2024 and sold on July 1st 2025 for $855k. Despite being a pool home with almost 3,000 sqft (built in 2020) it’s not on the river/ocean nor is it on a large lot.

This beauty named Luna sure is easy to look at. Despite being a husky she isn’t nearly as stubborn as you may guess. She loves to hike, take long naps and lay down on the tile floor. Luna can get grumpy if you wake her, even if it’s by accident!
