Bike Week is Here

Everyone knows, bike week is one of the busiest weeks in Daytona. Is there any other way to start it off than the Datyona Supercross event? It’s one of my personal favorites, as riders from all over the country come to race and hit massive jumps and other dirt obstacles.

It’s situated in the infield of the Daytona Speedway, and you can actually stand on the track to watch (as seen in the above photo). During the day they will have qualifying and heat races but the main events should start at 7pm. Be sure not to miss this one!

The Medicine Bar

Probably one of the coolest new spots that just opened up in Daytona! Theres something there for everyone at The Medicine Bar. They have yoga classes, live music, an apothecary, wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, a massive organic wine selection and more.

Whether you want to relax with a drink and listen to some great local music, or have a great workout this should be your new home. Daytona needed something like this for a while and now it’s finally here!

Top Sold Home

This weeks top sold home, is another one on the river. Check out this U-shaped house wrap around its pool. Pretty cool feature, aside from the awesome location being on the beachside of Ponce Inlet.

The home was originally listed at the beginning of December for $1.35M and just sold last week for $1.2M. Another pretty quick sale for a home above the $1M mark.
