This week we are back by popular demand! Daytona Deals will be on a trial run to highlight local businesses current and or seasonal deals, everything from happy hours, to special menus, and discounts on products as well.

Spring Turkey Run

All weekend long we have the Spring Turkey Run, which is the ultimate classic car show. This is the 53rd year of the show, which makes it a longstanding Daytona Tradition.

Spectator Admission to the Turkey Run is $15.00 per day for adults Friday-Saturday and $10.00 on Sunday. Children 11 and under are free so you can bring the whole family!

Wine Walk

Another wine and cheese walk, in case you missed the last one. These are a great time not only trying different wines but stopping into the local shops and businesses in our downtown area.

One Daytona Art Fest

Speaking of traditions, just across the street from the Turkey Run will be the 7th annual One Daytona Art Fest.

The festival will take place Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am. Make sure to check out the kid zone for tons of free events as well.

This weeks top sold home is a massive riverfont home in NSB with over 5,000 sqft. It was originally listed in August for $4.9M and ended up selling for $4.12M so nearly 800k below asking price.

This is one of top 10 most expensive homes sold in our area in the past 6 months. We don’t have any more interior photos but there is a quick video tour worth watching, keep your eyes peeled for the manatees.
