This week we are introducing a new section. I want your feedback to see if this is something you want to stay in the newsletter. Daytona Deals will be on a trial run to highlight local businesses current and or seasonal deals, everything from happy hours, to special menus, and discounts on products as well.

Seafood Festival

This Saturday, we have a seafood fest at the Riverwalk Park in Port Orange. The event is free to be sure to bring the whole family to this one. Kicking off spring the right way let’s hope that the weather stays sunny and warm for this one.

Top Sold Home

This weeks top sold home didn’t sit for long at all on the market. Sold in just over one month. It was listed at $3.69M on February 4th and sold last week for $3.55M.

This home is massive with over 4,600 sqft, balcony pool, crows nest and 5bed/5bath layout as well. The interior is the perfect Florida beach vibe as well.
