This weekend kicks off the Rolex 24 Hour Race. Yes, that’s right it’s a day long race with drivers being swapped out the entire event, a massive test of endurance and speed. Here are some key times for viewers ( since you will most likely not be pulling and all nighter to watch it)

Green Flag: 1:40 PM ET, Saturday January 24th. (concluding the following afternoon)

Some of the autograph signers include The Hardy Boyz, Lex Luger, Jimmy Hart, D-Von Dudley and Dee Gordon. Make sure to see which days each singer is there, some are single day appearances.

REAL ESTATE CORNER (TOP SOLD HOME)

This weeks top sold home is another Ponce Inlet gem. As you can see just a few blocks from the ocean and it has a pool. It was listed for $1.1M on October 20th and sold last week for $955k. So about $145k shy of asking price.

If you look at the photos you can see it needs some updating. But as we all know location is the most important metric for home sales.
