Rockville 2024 @ Daytona International Speedway
Rock N Roll
This week on Thursday the 4 day Welcome to Rockville festival kicks it off again. Spanning each of the 4 days there will be hundreds of bands playing from 12pm until midnight each day. Make sure to look at the lineups to get a full scope of the bands that play. Also, the bigger bands go last so if you only want to see a few headliners you can wait for the sun to go down.
Last year, the crowd was record breaking with over 200,000 attendees. The crowd is largely dependent on the headlining bands. This year some of the headliners include Linkin Park, Green Day, Korn and Shinedown. A good mix along with a ton of other popular bands. What do you think, will 2025 have an even bigger turnout?
Business Spotlight

Daytona Board Store is located @ 2044 S Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach Shores
Surfs Up!
With the weather getting warmer and summer getting closer, it’s time to hit the beach. And not just to hang out but to take advantage of some fun waves. Daytona Board Store has everything you need when it comes to surf/skate gear. The owners are super cool and can help you with anything you need in regards to board repairs, new boards and even a huge selection of good used boards. If you have NEVER surfed before, you can rent a board too!
Also they have an amazing surf camp featuring 4 time world champion surfer Lisa Anderson. Imagine learning from one of the best in the world right here in your hometown. Have this be the summer where you learn to surf if you don’t already! If you want to stay up to date with everything going on check them out on Instagram as well.
Nothing in this section is sponsored. They're just local businesses I wanted to highlight. I'll always let you know when something's sponsored.
Real Estate Corner

106 Ocean Way Drive in Ponce Inlet
Top Sold Home
“ This weeks top seller is located in Ponce Inlet, one of our most sought after communities in the area. It was originally listed on December 20th 2024 for $1,595,000 and ended up closing on May 10th 2025 for $1,420,000. Beautiful home and due to it’s location (it’s key) it fetched over a million even without a pool. If you want to see more photos and details check out this link to do so.”

Pet of the Week

Kwazi and Peso the Maine Coons
This is one the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner (it’s not easy), send in your photos to have your pet featured next week!
This week we have these two mischievous Maine Coon cats. Normally they are getting into trouble, but they have their calm and photogenic moments from time to time. They are the definition of yin and yang, but at the end of the day they still love each-other.
