Tesla to Daytona

More industry is coming to Daytona Beach. Aside from Sprouts, Trader Joes and Audi we also have a massive Tesla showroom in the works. They already have superchargers all over the city, a stock currently trading at $453 a share so it’s only natural we are getting a local dealership as well.

This won’t just be a showroom but it will also function as a service center as well. The retail center will also feature restaurants and a Hyatt House Hotel. Just when we thought our city was all grown up, there is much more to come.

24 Hour Local Gym

Do you work a night shift? Or just can’t make it to the gym at normal operating hours? Well Sharper Edge Fitness might be your jam. Not only are their hours 24/7 but they have ample equipment especially if you are into power lifting.

If you are just getting started they have personal training sessions directly with the owner Mack. It is located right across from the new Riverfront Esplanade park on beach street in downtown Daytona, so if you want to get active or find a gym for any schedule this is your spot!

This weeks top sold home was built just last year in 2024! As you can tell from the construction it has a much more modern Florida feel. With over 3,700 sqft and a 3 bed 3 bath layout and open concept floor-plan it gives it even more space.

This home was listed for $2.19M in March of this year and just sold last week for a discounted price of $1.87M. Six months on the market for this riverfront home, the new owners will be relatively maintenance free some some years to come!
