This Sunday it’s happening. The world renown band Kansas will be playing at our very own Peabody Auditorium. Even if you don’t recognize the name, you will know the songs.

More and more great shows and comedians have been coming to the Peabody this past year. I can’t wait for you to see some of the shows coming up in 2026!

That’s right, a few weeks ago Playa Bowls opened up a location in New Smyrna, and next week they are opting another one in Daytona. It will be located right by the Cava in the Volusia Square plaza.

Mark your calendars for their grand opening on January 17th (this Saturday) as we will have another fast casual healthy option in town.

This weeks top sold home was built in 202 and is located in the sought after Sugar Mill community. The home was listed on October 30th for $925k and closed last week for $950k.

Can’t argue that price for a home built in the last 5 years, on a half acre lot with a pool, and inside a golf community. This home is the perfect Florida representation.
