Friday night from 6-9pm come on out and support your local businesses as they are having a Holiday Bazaar along the Riverfront Esplanade.

Be sure to look for Santa as he will be seen taking photos with families as well. The lights will be on until 9m throughout the esplanade as well!

There are a ton of holiday events going on this Saturday on Beach Street! Starting off the day with a Holiday Cookie & Wine Walk along all of the local shops along Beach Street from 1-5pm

There will even be some live music paying as well midway through the walk. There is a slight discount if you purchase your tickets in advance. Hope to see you there!

One of Daytonas hidden gems when it comes it fitness is Spine & Strength. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just want to train in a peaceful PRIVATE environment with a personal trainer, this is the spot for you.

This weeks top sold home is actually being run as a short term rental. As you can see from the aerial photo above is featured a putting green, playground and a swimming pool on the east side of the home. The interior has an urban loft feel which is atypical for a coastal home.

The home was listed last year in March for $2.13M and just sold last week for $1.63M. So just about a year and 9 months on the market before selling. As it’s not set up as a primary residence it can be a harder sale.
