Will be located on Daytona’s Manatee Island 357 N Beach St
This Saturday make sure you check out Ghoulapalooza for the ultimate Halloween experience. On the 11 acre island there will be live music, food trucks and more. The event starts at 6pm and goes until 11pm. If you haven’t been to Manatee Island yet it’s a pretty epic venue that is able to be rented by the public as well for any event!
There should be ample free parking along beach street and in some of the public parking lots across the street. The live bands that will be featured are tributes to Limp Bizkit, Depeche Mode and The Cure. Be sure to get your tickets at this link.

Mama Cannoli will be located at 2800 S Nova Rd, South Daytona
If you’ve been to any food truck events or the Ormond Brewing Company then you are probably familiar with the best cannolis in town. The news gets even better, Mama Cannoli, a local food truck staple is set to open up brick and mortar style this fall!
Gone are the days of having to track them down at events! So excited to stop by when they are officially up and running. I will make sure to notify when they announce the open date. Be sure to follow them on their Facebook for daily updates!

Top Sold Home
Located at 4427 S Atlantic Ave, Ponce Inlet
This weeks top sold home is an excellent example of the famous saying in real estate “ Location, Location, Location”. Located right on the ocean in Ponce Inlet, it would be hard for this home to not be sold. The home was listed in May for $3M and ended up selling last week after being on the market for more than 5 months for $2.475M.
That is a massive drop in price. But if you look at the interior, the home is very outdated so that comes with a penalty to the sellers on their hefty ask price. Check out all of the photos and info at this link here.
