Food, Art and Shopping

This Friday at 5pm off Beach St and Magnolia
If you didn’t know, every First Friday of the month we have Downtown Daytona Nights! There are food trucks and music on Magnolia Ave, an art walk along Beach Street, and the riverfront market right inside the riverfront esplanade. The event is friendly as well and features tons of things do do right along the river.
This is a great way to check out the local art studios like Galerie Elan and Starry Night Gallery which both have amazing local art on display and even offer glasses and sip and paint nights! The Riverfront Market has a great selection of local vendors that have snacks and clothing/accessories. And there will be plenty of food as there is usually at least 10 different food trucks, so I hope to see you all out there!
LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
Fresh Seafood

Macker Seafood is located at 141 Bay St, Daytona Beach
Finding fresh seafood shouldn’t be that hard for us, especially since our town is on the water… But as you know, if you ask 90% of the restaurants if their fish is fresh they will tell you NO. But don’t worry, Macker Seafood has you covered. Everyday they have fresh fish, and are priced very well considering the quality of their seafood.
Next time you are near Beach Street give them a try. Last week I stopped in and had a blackened mahi sandwich and it was absolutely perfect. If there are any places you go to get fresh seafood reply to this email and we will feature them next!
REAL ESTATE CORNER
Top Sold Home

2621 N Halifax Avenue, Daytona Beach
This weeks top sold home was originally listed in March for $1.69M and just sold last week for $1.5M. Over 4,000 sqft and a tennis court on the river? I would think it’s safe to say it justifies its price. As we know, location is key.
The interior of the home is a bit outdated but with some TLC I can’y wait to see what transformation happens here. Check out the full list of photos and details at this link here.

PET OF THE WEEK
Husky Pose

Comfy?
This is one of the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner and it’s not easy. Send in your photos (by replying to this email) for a chance to have your pet featured next week!
Now I’ve got to know, is this a Husky thing?! I have now seen multiple photos of Huskies laying on their backs with their legs splayed out like this. Reply to this email if this is normal behavior lol.
Will you be going to Downtown Daytona Nights?! |

Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist
They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
