It’s that time of the month again! Downtown Daytona nights are back, since it’s the first Friday of the month. Make sure to save your appetite, as food trucks of all types will be on Magnolia Ave at 5pm. Afterwards be sure to go check out the holiday lights at the Riverfront Esplanade just across the street from 6-9pm.

There will also be Santa Claus sightings, so if you bring the kids be sure to be on the lookout for him so you can get some photos. It is also the first Friday art walk, so be sure to pop in some of the local galleries such as Starry Night and Galerie Elan.

This week we are shouting out Good Vibes Scratch Kitchen. They are a locally owned breakfast, brunch and lunch spot open EVERYDAY from 7am-2:30pm. So many of our local spots are closed on a random day, so it’s nice to have a place that you can count on being served some great food any-day of the week.

They will also be hosting Santa at their restaurant on Decemebr 13th at 12pm. So you can put together your Christmas list and have a great meal too! Be sure to follow them on their Facebook for daily updates and specials.

This weeks top sold home is in the top 5 most expensive houses sold this entire calendar year! It was listed in February of this year for $7.2M and just sold December 1st for $5.7M.

This home was originally purchased in 2017 for just $1.3M and the previous home was knocked down to build what you see in the photo above in 2020. There has been an influx of wealth that is starting to trigger higher priced luxury homes to sell at all time highs.
