Food Trucks & Market

Food Truck night on Magnolia Ave & Beach Street
This Friday we are having Downtown Daytona First Fridays, which consist of food trucks and the Riverfront Market (local Vendors) just across the street at the Riverfront Esplanade. They both Start at 5pm on Friday and are just a stones throw away from each-other. The weather should be perfect to explore the market and wrap up the evening with some street tacos!
Wine Walk!

Wine Walk on Beach Street this Saturday
This Saturday we are fortunate enough to have the Fall Wine Walk all along Beach Street from 1-5pm. There will be 2 check in locations, one on North and one on South Beach Street. Be sure to get your tickets to avoid event sellout. Tickets are $27 if bought in advance but can also be purchased at the event for $32. So save some money and click this link to get your ticket in advance!
LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

Novel Tea Book Shop is located at 150 Tomoka Ave, Ormond Beach
Found this cool gem called Novel Tea Book Shop the other day. Not only do they have a great selection of new, used and FREE books, but they also make their own tea and have food at the cafe. There is plenty of seating inside and outside on their patio, and plenty of community based events as well. I almost forgot, 50% of their proceeds from their cafe menu items go to support the events, so having a snack is good for the community! Make sure to check out their website at this link.
REAL ESTATE CORNER

1787 Earhart Ct, Port Orange
This weeks top sold home went at a price of $1.485M in the Spruce Creek Fly-In. As you can see by the top photo this home has its’ own airplane hangar. The home was originally listed on May 1st for $1.64M and was active on the market for just under 6 months.
Without being near the ocean, this neighborhood has all the amenities you could want from a golf course, to pickleball courts and of course their own private air-strip. Be sure to check out more photos and info at this link here.

PET OF THE WEEK

FOCUSED
This is one of the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner and it’s not easy. Send in your photos (by replying to this email) for a chance to have your pet featured next week!
This week we have a Lab named Ollie, doing what he loves most. Trying to retrieve a rabbit from this drainage pipe. He wasn’t successful in doing so, but he was able to get his head out!
