DAYTONA DOWN-LOW
Baseball is Back!

Jackie Robinson Stadium
it’s that time of year again, we have baseball back and have games this week Thursday-Saturday at 6:35pm. The stadium is still being renovated but will allow games to happen with monitored capacity for safety measures.
Before opening weeks sells out get your tickets here a this link.
What are your thoughts on the new stadium? Below is a rendering of the finished product.

Downtown Daytona Nights
Food Trucks

Corner of Beach Street And Magnolia
And we are back, since it is the first Friday of the month, with food truck night! This is always a great time, as Magnolia in downtown Daytona is lined with a ton of food trucks starting at 5pm.
After you get some food, I always recommend walking along the Riverfront Esplanade as the views around sunset are beautiful. You can also pop into a tortugas game at 6:45pm afterwards.
REAL ESTATE CORNER
Top Sold Home

4 Coconut, Port Orange
This weeks top sold home was located in Port Orange on beachside, and on the river. It was listed on January 27th for $1.2M and sold exactly two months later for $999K for 200k under asking price.
The home has everything you would need in a Florida home. Proximity to the beach, a boat lift, and a swimming pool. Location does most of the talking on the sales price.

PET OF THE WEEK
This is one of the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner and it’s not easy. Send in your photos (by replying to this email) for a chance to have your pet featured next week!
This week we have Mac. He is one of those dogs that has so much energy that he MAKES you play with them. His favorite thing to do is play fetch so he is always leaving this ball near your feet.
