Lizards and Snakes Oh My

This year will be the 36th National Reptile Breeders Expo held on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend! The amount of vendors is actually wild, and a great place (even if you aren’t looking to buy) to see some very exotic reptiles. Last year I was in attendance and saw an albino alligator up close, which supposedly amount to less than a few hundred worldwide!

The breeders have everything from turtles, lizards, snakes and geckos for sale. Some are actually very suitable pets as well being that we are in Florida. The event starts at 10am and ends at 5pm both days so make sure you don’t miss it!

Run Club @ The Running Elements

First off, if you haven’t been to The Running Elements Store in One Daytona you are slacking. It is by far the best store for running shoes and accessories around. It’s hard to find good retail stores now especially since everything is bought online now, but if you like to run it’s crucial to get your shoes fitted before you hit the pavement running.

One of the main highlights is the Run Club they offer. this is a great way to break into running with a solid group of people. Because let’s face it, running alone just isn’t as fun. They have a free membership option and one that is $50 for the entire year with a ton of perks! So if you have thought about getting into running, check out their shoe inventory and join the run club!

REAL ESTATE CORNER

Top Sold Home

“This weeks top seller is an absolute mansion of a home over 10,000 square feet on over 1.5 acres on the river. Has everything from a home gym, to a movie theater and a six car garage. It was originally listed at $2.99M in November of 2024 and just sold last week for $2.92M. Not far off at all from asking price.

That is a more typical timeline of luxury homes you will often see them sit on the market for 6-12 months. Check out this link for more photos!”
