ART FEST!

We are back with. another annual Downtown Daytona Art Fest, the rainy weather should be past us to make for a beautiful weekend to get out and walk around. Not only are the artists amazing, but the street will be shut down so you can walk around at ease, and bring the whole family.

The event will be on Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4, and their will also be live music going both days at the main stage on Magnolia ave.

So whether you are an art lover, music lover, or just want to walk around in some great weather and enjoy local cuisine this is the event for you!

Top Sold Home

This weeks top sold home was right down the road in New Smyrna Bach. Location on this one was pretty nice being walking distance from the beach and Flagler Ave.

It is a brand new home that has never been lived in, was listed on 2/11 for $3.27M and sold last week for $3M. This was another very quick sale for a luxury home.

The property has over 3,700 sqft as well making it one of the larger homes in the area.
