DAYTONA DOWN-LOW

This Friday we are hosting stand up comedian Jo Koy in our city! It’s nice to see that the Peabody has been havign some pretty talented artists for us to see lately. Be sure to get your tickets early if you haven’t already as it is expected to be a sold out event.

If you haven’t seen him yet look up some of his clips on youtube to get a feel for his comedy type. His tour will be country wide but the second closest venue is in Melbourne, so don’t miss out on this one!

LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

The Pony Bar is located at 4606 S Clyde Morris Blvd # 1L, Port Orange

If you haven’t tried The Pony Bar yet, you have to add it to your list. Not only are they open in their shared brick and mortar space, but they are also a mobile coffee, dirty soda and lemonade bar as well. Their location is actually inside of The Spread as they are doing s shared space with them and they are open Tuesday-Sunday 9-5pm.

And for those who are throwing any sort of event, a great addition would be their mobile coffee bar. Especially for any daytime events and or professional settings, this would be a local hand in making your guests feel extra welcome.

REAL ESTATE CORNER

6847 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach

This weeks top sold home was another ocean front home in New Smyrna Beach. This home has been on the market for over two years! The original list date was in October of 2023.

Originally listed at $1.99M and it sold last week for $1.75M isn’t all that bad considering the amount of time it was on the market. It’s also being utilized as a rental so it was more difficult accommodating showings.

PET OF THE WEEK

This is one of the favorite sections of the newsletter. Every week I receive pet photo submissions and have to pick a winner and it’s not easy. Send in your photos (by replying to this email) for a chance to have your pet featured next week!

This week we’ve got Rocket, the blue eyed beauty. This guy has the primal energy and is always ready to play and run with his pack of humans.

Over the next year, Roku predicts that 100% of the streaming audience will see ads. For growth marketers in 2026, CTV will remain an important “safe space” as AI creates widespread disruption in the search and social channels. Plus, easier access to self-serve CTV ad buying tools and targeting options will lead to a surge in locally-targeted streaming campaigns.
