World renown comic Chris D’Elia comes to our very own Peabody Auditorium this Saturday night! A few weeks ago we had Jo Koy, and now we have Chris. I hope we keep getting top tier entertainment in our area.

Make sure to get your tickets early as this is anticipated to be a sold out show. It will start at 7pm.

Tis the season for Christmas lights! They will be on display nightly from 6-pm starting November 28th until January 5th.

Feel free to walk the Riverfront Esplanade park from Orange Avenue all the way to Main Street. this will be a great opportunity to try some of the local restaurants for dinner as well either before or after you walk the park!

This week our featured business is Daytona Climbing Company. Not only is it a great workout but it’s very fun as well. If you’ve never climbed before no need to worry they have beginner friendly routes! They also have rental shoes and chalk so you can just show up in athletic attire and get started.

Their hours are 7 days a week from 12-9pm and they offer technique classes if you want to push yourself to the next level. Make sure you follow them on Facebook too!

This weeks top sold home was located in Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach. the home was originally listed on September 19th for $1.29M and sold in just 3 months at asking price.

This is one of the first homes I’ve seen thats sold at asking price in the $1M plus range lately. As to be expected, being built in 2021, the home looks to be in great condition so inspections most likely went smooth.
